Here at RS Bridal Collection, we know that motivating yourself to workout is pretty impossible even with the most important day of your life ahead of you. It can be so easy to get into a 'i'll do it tomorrow' habit.  This may not be such a problem if your'e confident that your dress will fit easily, but there's always room for self improvement even if just means toning up your already slim figure. 

The trick is gym classes. 

You're guaranteed at least a 45min- 1 hour intense workout, something which is extremely hard to achieve when training alone. 

It's a set time every week, which means you will mentally be ready to get up and go rather than dragging yourself to the gym at silly times of the day.

You will make friends, the more you go, the more friends you will make, this will make it fun and should also motivate you to go and have a gossip post-workout!

With there being such a huge selection of gym classes available at every hour of the day, there is something for everyone. It's best to try a few different classes first and see which one you enjoy most but also the one which you feel is working your body hardest. 

If your goal is more weight loss focused, you're best to try cardio based sessions like zumba or spin. If you're more interested in toning muscle go for a Legs, Bums and Tums class or Body step, which really focus on tightening your best assets! 

These high energy sessions should really boost your mood and motivate you to get in the best shape possible, making it enjoyable to exercise. 

Aim to do at least 2 a week t start seeing changes in your body and health.
